In order:
I don't;
Church history is objectively affirmed by most historians, up until the schism of 1054, which depends on the beliefs of the historian;
You made the claim that God doesn't interact with the world that way, but what is your evidence beyond "he doesn't need to"? You have none to point to since God is an impersonal force in your mind, literally;
Jews ≠ Hebrews. Abraham and Isaac and Jacob are Hebrew, but they're not jewish (of judah). Jesus, however, is a jew. But He is of Mary above being of Judah. Jesus put an end to jewish observance of the law which was only meant to be an instructor, an aide. He then established the Church. And now, jews reject Jesus, though He came for them firstly. But God has given over the jews to the world for their refusal to remain obedient;
The God of Abraham is the True God;
The book of deuteronomy says that God allows pagan prophets to prophesy in order to test the love of the people for Him. Because if one only cares for signs, they will be easily swayed in their faith, whereas the man that trusts God will not ever. However, that doesn't mean the prophets received revelations from God, for divination is possible. And divination doesn't imply other gods exist (as you like to claim), but even if they did, they would need an ontological source, which would be the True God;
The prophets and the Law all point to Jesus. This proves His status as messiah. According to the prophecies, the messiah will be born of God, yet eternal and uncreated. This proves His divine nature. Next, we have Jesus' resurrection. This affirms His claims and words. Following this, His claims to preserve the Church and to keep it from erring are undoubtedly trustworthy and tested by history. This backs up Jesus' words in the gospels, which the Church that cannot err affirmed as divinely inspired;

A being with a fallen nature doomed to destruction cannot bring himself out of that pit, he needs an outside force. Man's nature is disfigured, but God elevated it by His Divine Economy

I was on the same road as you, but reasonable thinking led me to the Cross of God. The Orthodox Church has the fullness of Truth!
