If the newer model can't do something that the previous model could do then that is a downgrade.
Just like how F35s are a downgrade compared to F22s.
So no one thought about how the new floor would affect wet weather racing before they finalized the new ground effect regs? All these adults in charge and no one thought about that shit ahead of time.
