sleep quality from ambien isn't great anyways, usually.
Maybe your sleep schedule will have fixed itself by now though, so the insomnia won't blast you as bad? dunno. this might be a situation where you just have to stop using the ambien so it your tolerance goes down so that you can proceed to use it again next week. might be a sort of 2 weeks of good sleep and 2 weeks of bad sleep kind of thing.
Or perhaps in the 2 weeks you're not using ambien you could use marijuana instead. they're different enough, i think, that growing tolerant to one won't cause you to grow tolerant to the other. What do you think?
