If you take the whole 'it's been a half year in universe' thing, then judge that in universe there's 4 months until spring school term starts and Yotsuba goes to 1st grade capping off the manga, at the rate Azuma has covered those 6 months projected out to 4 more months it'll take Azuma over 14 years to finish the manga from where we are right now.

Azuma would be over 70 years old by that point and mangaka are not the healthiest people in the nippon teikoku.
