you get the same issue, too many violent people being taken somewhere they don't want to go, even on a cruise ship or ferry
a bulk carrier seems to be one option, but the turn around will be slow to Africa and back
I aim to pick a country in Africa and pay a totalitarian leader a billion he can put in a swiss bank account to let them in and give them citizenship so we can remove theirs (if they have one)
Many will self deport on this alone, but there will be a number of stragglers that need removing quickly.. I'm not talking years, I want it done in about 18 months
