What he said was barely a spoiler, it's hinted at in the teaser trailer. With the amount of stuff for season 2 that's already been spoiled, it would be kind of a drastic reaction. Kind of funny though, in a sad way.

As for the ship in question, it's highly likely that it is an Alastor ship. I've mostly tried to ignore it, hating on one particular ship because some fans are schizos is dumb. All popular ships eventually attract retards unfortunately. It's a shame that Viv has decided to muddy the waters though.
