Yeah, there are nice trailers out here for like 100k but its uber depressing to look at their price history cause a lot of them sold around 2018/19 for less than 40k. So that's more than double the value in less than 6 years. But right now I just need to spend this winter fixing my own finances and trying to dig myself out of the hole that the last move put me in. DESU I'll probably have to look for a roommate come spring time.
