At least there's a big market for specifically handguns to be ambidextrous. Hunting rifles get left hand variants too but that's about it.

Also just having access to guns is only half of the issue, you need to own substantial land or live in the middle of nowhere with loads of government land or pay range fees and follow rules to shoot.
