Honestly its really difficult to do that because I can imagine the matchmaking doesn't really know what to do with support mains.
Let me put it this way, you cant pinpoint where someone falls in terms of skill when their entire schtick is them heal botting and dropping a healing ultimate for invincibility. This is why I cant stand the defensive ult spam, its nothing but a clear indication of dishonest skill.

The good support players are the ones who counter ult, pocket heal, keep tabs on enemy ults
the bad ones are the ones who just spam and the worst part is that the game completely rewards this behavior

They will never live that down. Halo was unironically their greatest achievement for the XBOX brand and they let it rot with an awful studio for the sake of milking the IP for everything it had.
