There are still plenty of games stuck on the Vita, often JP-only as well, that due to their content will likely never see a rerelease because modern platforms would block them without exception. Even Compile Heart still effectively has Tokyo Clanpool locked to the platform because the modern rerelease couldn't release unbutchered anywhere.
