Stalking isn't illegal in the way you think. In fact, you don't seem to understand what stalking is.
The laws are mainly for women to stop a man from obsessing about her - following her around, texting her all the time etc, when she isn't interested.

It's not for celebrities to ban discussion of themselves on a public forum.
