I believe that the only at the "only for twitter likes" is the key there. There's no wrong in seeking recognition in general. People want it at job, and want it at art. However, there's also the internal satisfaction aspect of what you do. If you live of just being someone who seeks external validation, it turns out not healthy and harmful.

Depends. I think it's relative to mood and intent of a specific art. Currently, I'm happier letting my most recent drawing at my side while working. It brings me joy and motivates me to keep going.
That said, I couldn't resist and bought a Brush Pen and a new Sketchbook too after what other anon said me. I'm just too curious to test those stuff that I'm not even drawing digitally for a while.
