Putin is trying to withdraw from any kind of negotiations and buy time in the sanctions policy, President Zelenskyy said.

In an interview with Joel Rosenberg @JoelCRosenberg for @TBN, the President said that he supported all of President Trump's ideas - the negotiations in Istanbul, the demand for an immediate ceasefire, and the holding of trilateral or bilateral negotiations. But Putin always withdraws from any platform.

"He's trying to manipulate and try to find time using different kinds of reasons why the United States has to wait not to make such pressure," the President said.

President Zelenskyy also noted that Putin and Russia don't respect the US, but they are "afraid, afraid very much."

"They respect the power the United States has. But not values, business, the attitude to life," he added.
