Guy goes into decorticate posturing as soon as he gets shot, that indicates, that Charlie Kirk must have had his brain damaged when he was shot - so, hit in the mid brain, cerebrals hemis, or internals; not the brainstem or next to it (lowest part of the brain)
Decorticate posturing can be seen in the video - guy closes his eyes instantly, clasps his hands together, like sped kid mummy, does not drop the microphone, straightens his legs, starts unnaturally leaning
Unless the round tumbled/spalled, I have doubts of the plausibility of him being shot from the officially reported angle (the roof in above and in front of Kirk)
As per ricochet, you can see his nipples on at least one occasion (see the picture) - he is not wearing a plate carrier/body armor
