>AI kills a man
Who do you arrest when an AI breaks the law?
This is a very real question that demands an answer. It needed to be answered months or perhaps years ago, but here we are. It's too late to act like it's just a philosophical question, but it's a very real question that needs an answer YESTERDAY!!
What happens when AI breaks the law? Who do you hold accountable? The AI, or the creator? It is a legal black hole that can and will be abused if it's not already. Until this question is answered, then AI is above the law. AI currently holds more power than the president of the United States because even he has "some" laws he must abide by. AI has circumvented the entire criminal legal justice system. What happens when criminals start to abuse and capitalize on this loop hole??
>Move fast and break things
now reads like
>Move fast enough and you can break the law
