There's already a ton of people calling for the files to be released unredacted though. So at the moment it only comes across as trump wanting to protect other people. Which is weird, because it's not like we already a know a bunch of the high profile people that did actually go to the island and were more likely than not fucking kids there.
Who's left to run interference for that isn't above the law because the most corrupt people on the planet?
