Lighter and Hugo were both placed before highly anticipated characters, and the amount of ONLY male character accounts is going to be low because female players don't have the same hang-ups male players seem to have. So yeah, they weren't in a favorable position.

If they were to release Komano as a S rank, it would've been the first time a male agent would've been the primary banner of the patch and not immediately preceded by a meta defining character. Would've been worth a try, if you ask me.
