Alright, I was right about Dark Gaia, Mecha Sonic Mk II and Marine.

"Brighty Sunhorn" is what I thought Trip the Sungazer was called.

As for the Chao King, I think I was mixing up the Dark Chao with an image in my head of Conker wearing the crown.
