How does this shit reach bump limit

>install dark future, remorse, ENC, gunsensical and other difficulty mods
>go out and kill some gangoons
>using smart guns
>nerve loss effects my accuracy on my smart weapons
Seems like a pretty big oversight. Once I dip below half nerve, I can dump an entire magazine into a single mob standing still in the open, and they will all miss.
