Absolutely not. Look at the chart, every time dominance has "dipped" it has just ended up going even higher. Look at december 2024 for example, dominance fell from 61% to 55%, everyone was calling for alt season, then dominance ripped back up and went even higher than it was before. Unless dominance drops into the 40s, I still think it can go higher.
