This wouldnt do anything. Russians overwhelmingly support Putin and support regaining the land they lost. They hate the west and are fine with anything bad that happens to it. Russia has never had a democracy, it has ALWAYS been a shit hole. Russians arent just getting repeatedly unlucky which these governments/leaders, there is something about the Russian people which just makes them like this.
