For the Empire was the shortest campaign I ran. It was a survival campaign. The players were escaped slaves who had to survive on the frontier of said Empire. It was around the release of Tasha’s Cauldron, which I recall made me quite mad and stop running DND 5e altogether. I don’t even remember why, probably the gender-fluid elves. The game had another evil warlock who was sacrificing baby goats to her patron behind the party’s back.

Reign of Sorcery, on the other hand, was the longest campaign. It’s when I started running Pathfinder 1e, and used Epic 6 to boot. It took place entirely inside of an ancient city, inspired by republic rome/northern italy, which was locked down and taken over by a grandiose wizard after the assassination of the king. The players had to navigate a web of intrigue and lies, there were factions, there were betrayals, there were criminals in the streets, there were evil brothers and insane cultists, there was an efreet in the tunnels below the city. As well as being the longest, it was the most personal for the players as well, since they made characters tied to the city. It ended rather abruptly when they decided to leave after losing a fight to a vampire, but they had to make a wish to the efreet to escape.
