Russian Telegram channels report a powerful explosion at the gunpowder shop at the Elastic plant in Ryazan region of Russia.

It is reported that the building has been completely destroyed. No cause for explosion given. There are injured and dead.

Elastic plant produces weapons and ammunition.

There has already been an explosion there in October of 2021 that killed 17 people. Russian authorities said it was due to violating safety protocols.
