I've been good, losing weight eating very low carb and lots of fatty meats and veggies.
The couple of times I've cheated over the years my body doesn't like it. But the craving won out tonight. This is my "reward".

Better than relapsing on booze I suppose. But this will fuck up my digestion until tomorrow night I'm guessing.
