That’s it, these countries are effectively being ran like corporations wherein importing foreign labor is just seen as starting a hiring process. Everything about the modern nation state has been perfected to the extent that it’s basically just a business, the US is a business, it has tech companies, porn, fast food etc. Japan is a business, it has popular games and media. The nation state doesn’t exist for any sake other than to be a hotel that offers different services. This is beyond a left/right or capitalist/communist thing because even China is doing their own version of H1-b now, you have to understand that companies just like corporations now and the only true “country” is planet Earth. Curtis Yarvin and NRx can’t be radicals because their worldview already is in place, every country is a company and every leader is a CEO.

There’s basically no mechanics or team building involved

HSR made a critical mistake from its conception by wanting to be “turn based Genshin” which means the difficult content is based off clearing in x time. In doing so they made it so you only pick a new meta team that does the most damage against said boss and the boss having irrelevant mechanics because said new team is designed for that fight. This is the source of never ending power creep, they have to keep inflating HP to make bosses appear difficult

In short they totally failed to understand how to make a turn based game because it was internally pitched as turn based Genshin, everything is just a DPS check and the gimmicks of bosses do not matter
