Being fashionable doesn't mean being sexually attractive to women. Clothing is just something you can express yourself with. You still going to work and being a part of local community. People will simply treat you better if you're looking after yourself and can dress nicely. Saying something like "I'm 5'4 so I can be a slob" is just a cope to avoid making any effort.
