47-year-old special correspondent for the FREEDOM TV channel, Oleksandr Kolychev, was taken to the hospital in critical condition after a strike by a Russian Lancet drone. He has 60 pieces of shrapnel in his body, spent nearly four days on a ventilator, and underwent five surgeries.

Oleksandr is the only member of the film crew who survived the Russian strike on the car in Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, on October 23. Journalist Olena Hubanova and cameraman Yevhen Karmazin were killed.

Oleksandr says that more than anything he now wants to return home - to see his children and his wife.
