The problem is that when a country tries to introduce a law to ban circumcision, the jews living anywhere on the same continent call them "anti-semitic". This gets the US's attention. Because to the US, "anti-semitic" means "nazis". And you cant be called a nazi when the US is in charge of maintaining global order. Look at what happened to the attempted circumcision bans in: The Netherlands, Germany, or even San Francisco.
