"Yeah, pipsqueak. We know that you're not some by-the-book stickler. You know what's good, and what's bad. Maybe you're one of the good cops after all."
"So long as it doesn't go against our own interests, we can see if there's anything we can do for you. I'm sure you'll need help soon enough. You've got a big rogue Digimon to deal with, right?"
"DarkTyrannomon. Yes, HQ is intending on sending out an elimination squad. He's no longer something we can ignore, after he devoured most of a partition. As a Champion, I'll probably be part of it. But not as a squad leader. I don't have enough experience."
"Instead of dealing with him, they sent this much manpower here?"
"This is an anti-human operation. There are plenty of others assigned to his case. We're just one company, after all."
"I see... How many more Digimon do you have"?"
"I don't know. One company is meant to handle issues in two, maybe three districts. This is a big server, there are lots of us."
"I'm certain they'd rather have a company return to them alive, than not at all. So do we have a deal? We get them to release you, we sweeten the deal a bit, and you look the other way while you exit. And just maybe, when you need help hunting down that big bastard, you leak his location to us."
In response, Hi-Commandramon holds his hand out to shake. Your partner takes off his glove and accepts it. His coat gets in the way, and you don't get a good look at what his hands are like underneath.
"Now we just need to see what Squid has to say. Keep your recruits under control in the meantime."

Wind looks very unhappy by the end of it, but you watch as Squid skips off with ToyAgumon in tow. She stops in front of Hi-Commandramon and starts bombarding him with questions, while motioning for him to follow along to the workshop. Every other Digimon Tamer follows along, making sure she's well protected. You start to follow, but Wind snaps his fingers to get your attention.
"We need you and Astamon out here, in case the Commandramon act up."
"Okay."
You don't push your luck too much. He's running out of things to offer you, but maintaining a working relationship with the Dogs of War is still important. Mostly for Squid, she can do things that Doc can't. You feel like he's close to snapping from how much you're going over his head, so you do your best to placate him just a little.
