That's not to mention the Weight system completely fucked a lot of characters to being totally nonviable with their ultimate weapons.

6 was better than it got credit for, but Renbu killed it in the crib. 6E helped a bit, but didn't change the actual button inputs so you were still just mashing one button for 80% of the game.
