Honestly I spend a lot of time interacting with board members and trying to smooth over conflicts, more or less babysitting and coaching others through communicating their issues/feelings whatever, etc. the ones that are twice my age, if not more, are my favorite to deal with. Teaching old dogs new tricks is something I take pride in. The academia crowd is wild lol.

To some degree or another, I think we collectively recognize that things are changing, things are off, however you'd like to phrase it. If the world/universe feels overwhelming, chaotic, or otherwise bleh, I send you love and hugs.
