The latest event at that point with the gays was going into Soarin land to stop his magic's other half and much of it was just an insignificant brawl before time gets rewritten, she doesn't even get to see the clown again until everything is over since he really didn't participate at all, compared to her last Trixie adventure where her girlfriend literally erased the universe and brought it all back and she got to go to another planet, one was clearly way bigger, she even got sex during that same week.
