Good enough to help me rescue my wife from RNG hell. Skill DMG characters are definitively better than [non-consonance] Weapon DMG characters but he gets the job done.
But he is more like a bootleg Kullervo (some basic melee buffs, lots of overguard, hitstun immunity, likes to throw daggers around) than Loki, but it's funny to use his stealth on some bosses (AI just turns off sometimes).
