I mean you can just spam generically good cards in ruina too and win but why would you? it's just fun playing with different teams and fun characters, it's good for balance that you can beat it with base id's and good for those who just want to experience the next chapter to the story of the city but at the end of the day not everything needs to be as hard as lobo corp or as complex as ruina
I do hope the next game is hard again tho
