If you whaled out for WA's skin interaction they refund you with 1080 tokens which you can only use on the pool of Clukai's banner. If you already cleared the pool or don't care about any of the shit in there you have to wait one year until the banner ends for these tokens to be converted to universal tokens and then another year for the following banner to expire before you may be able to purchase some new stuff.
It's essentially like the black ticket exchange but on a much longer schedule because of the banner duration.
So whales can use their compensation in 2027 lmao.
