NTA (nice trips btw) but the F-16s could have done it. Not quite ferry range given that they'd have to have be carrying at least one weapon each but assuming they launched F-16s from the Dnipro area on a direct course and dropped a Storm Shadow at the edge of its range targeting the coast south of Astrakhan then that's a ~1600km round trip.
Still seems pretty unlikely compared to sneaki breeki with drones though.
