Any audio file that I tried to upload while catbox was being weird has to be re-rendered to upload to catbox again, otherwise it considers it a dupe and spits out the same corrupted download link.

For some reason, this audio file corrupts when sent through catbox but is fine with litterbox.

If this doesn't work it means I'm the problem.
