Finally decided to move my office gym base, and not sure if I'm 100% convinced yet. Makes for kind of ugly building and wall placement is a little annoying, but turns out this is actually a stupidly safe location, even from the leyak (can't use mine door for some reason). Left a crafting bench in office for quick teleportation, so not too worried about being a bit out of the way. Was initially considering cascade labs around where the converters are, but didn't really care for blood spatters and other shit all over the place.
