Basically a bunch of hearsay about elves, orcs, dwarves, etc. having some sort of goddess of flatulence/feces, sorta like saying how gross "those" people are or something and all the superstition that comes with it

So for example you can have some elves telling tall tales about orc cities being filthy and overrun with waste and garbage, you just shouldn't bring up about the women being grosser or focus on it too much, sadly you can't have your heroine be stuck listening and smelling to two orc chicks having a shitting contest, but what can you do
