For those who don't know: E2 Phainon gives himself another turn. If Brickdra is there, then that gets removed and gets replaced for double skill one time. This is the same that happens if he is E0 with her. His E2 basically becomes moot as he gains NOTHING out of her. If anything, she fucking bricks his E2.
This is similar to how Brickle was an absolute brick for E2 DHIL owners because he would self-advance on ult. Meaning, Brickle would only get him buffed half time. Which made banjo/Tingyun and later on Robin a way better choice for him over Brickle.

Tl;dr: HOLY FUCKING BRICK! Phainon? Nah, she is only worth shit for Anaxa and Anaxa only. Phainon gets shit.

I first thought it was sigger, but sigger wears simple fedora, while this hat is larger and more shaped like Scampo's hat there. Not to mention that silhouette appears to be wearing long sleeved jaket/coat, which sigger doesn't. Could be Scampo (5* version) as such. Devs do love putting Scampo everywhere after all. They even brought him for collab, made him boss, then updated that boss.
