setting up via Pinokio is very very easy, you then have a choice of eitherWan on the gradio UI or Comfy and then there is Facefusion 3 which can be installed as well. I could see the fun maybe a year or so ago when there were no real local video genners, but that was then. Even the novelty of Grok adding pretty lame sound to their videos just doesn't cut it now. Sora although not NSFW at least has things to offer that Wan locally cannot. But if you want NSWF then Wan is going offer pretty much anything and then with Facefusion you can do deepfakes and also edit those Wan gens where you want the face to stay constant - maybe to a celeb or even swap to another face completely.
