Hell, look at one of the tightest duo for the indies, Dokibird and Mint. They stream about an hour off from each other and generally spend about 50-80% of their streams each day overlapping.
They don't care because it's genuinely not a big deal and they have separate audiences.
The only time an "overlap" matters is if you're sharing the exact same viewerbase.
