I think RJW makes for a nice immersion mod.
I turn off several options like rape, and cum stains, and leave it as a mod to handle sex needs and other mechanics like handling pregnancies.

A few times, it's a legit site. I got The Judgement Collection there cheap, a couple other games and P5R. Only 4-5 games total.
