Yes. The two black objects on the ventral surface forward are indicative of air intakes. It's a little hard to tell just how they're configured from this shot alone, but the forward fuselage wouldn't be shaped that way if they weren't. The YJ-19, incidentally, is clearly designed for rather slower speeds than the YJ-17. The intakes might be configured a bit like how they are on the Kh-31; note that in picrel, the intakes are closed by protective covers, which are either removed by the ground crew before flight or automatically jettisoned during launch. This is all provisional, though; I need more and better pictures, ideally from other angles.
