also: all we have regarding that so called steel plate ricochet theory is some dude saying that is what happened that was close by, we have no shirt, we have no image of the plate.. and we certainly do no not have video that proves it because i have watched the one that was submitted regarding that theory over and over and i do not see any shirt movement whatsoever.
