Diversity kills community cohesion and the ability of the community to oppose oppression and power. Employers have figured out their workforce won't unionize and organize for better pay and working conditions if they fragment the workforce into numerous smaller factions. Jews realize what made them fail in Weimar Germany. It was racial cohesion that Hitler was able to use to rally the people and cast out the Jews. Jews are working on Weimar 2.0 in the USA and Europe and step 1 is increase diversity until nobody is a majority and society is totally fractured into numerous groups all infighting.

Divide and conquer.

The reason Jews are pushing for open borders and diversity so much is because it reduces everyone's political power and makes the country easier to control. Diversity doesn't work and that is intentional. Groups stay divided socially and don't work together. The workplace is a microcosm of this. Studies have shown that diverse workplaces are far less likely to have the workers band together and unionize to fight for better conditions. They stay fractured into their own groups and are easier for the people in power to manipulate.

Weimar Germany failed because the Germans banded together around racial identity. For Weimar 2.0 to work they need to eliminate that possibility.
