I have been thinking about exactly this. How, as men, we know exactly how to go and hurt people instantly if we so choose. But how do we help and heal people? It seems really complicated, like really think about it, you can go out and literally punch someone in the face if you want, but what would be the opposite of such an action? More broadly, seems obvious to me that humans are so violent because we have the capacity to destroy and inflict harm on a whim, but to create and uplist, very complex convoluted process requiring planning and time. Not like playing with Legos where you can just construct and deconstruct things and build perfect little Lego people societies, in actual real life we're like shit flinging monkeys.
