I did my own MDE 50 ADV run with Tremor earlier today, figure I'll share my own experiences with it.
I started with Urn, Prestige, and the skill replacement cost reduction gift. I was replacing for S3s every shop so it felt like it probably saved cost longterm. The advice on not upgrading also saved me a lot of cost.
Didn't get Kaledioscope. I don't think the +2 Offense for Thumb duo was worth it.
I opted for Festive Plush > Butler Arts but I could see both being good.
Making Yurodiviye Watch gave Yuro Hong a free +2 coin power which was noticeable.
I couldn't get Bridle from the Line 2 pack despite my best efforts, but I didn't get hit that much either.
I tried to aim for level up floors and looked for Relationship before hitting 11.
Never took coin power up.
I did Railway 4-3 into League of Nine for 11-12 but my final three were the same.
I managed to get Charon boss early and I assume that extra coin power really bailed me out because I could clash well even up to Floor 14.
On 15, I just spammed Crushbound twice and killed all the crabs.
I focused heavily on Offense Level Down gifts, the Burn one, the ones from Rupture and Sinking with some gifts to inflict them passively, and both Gossypiums. Combined with constant Tremor bursts, it nuked enemy offense level.
Thumbsault definitely carried, Horsesang was also really strong. Had basically every gift by Floor 13. Wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be, the starlight buffs are really strong.
