With such a loose definition, then all the recent characters are still mechanical with the exception of Ishmael for obvious reasons, so where is the problem? new Vera still has mechanical arms, same for Qu, even Hanying still has mechanical hands even though she's supposed to be indistinguishable from a normal human.

Are they trolling? Is it just me or this doesn't sound right? The main unironically sounds like a troll recommendation, Cottie allows you to spam ult on every character, I have a hard time believing that this ends up with lower damage than what is essentially a 10% buff at best.
