Bare feet does nothing for me and actually I find those images of bare soles in your face with toes spread kinda gross. But I do think feet in tights are nice. Think there's something about the uniformity of it and how they have a nice looking texture and curvature.

It's pretty common to find in artwork but when it happens in anime they usually just draw the foot as just a colored blob. Scenes like pic related with pantyhose feet are few and far between
